Winter Football Works is the Pennridge Greenjackets’ off-season training program designed to keep athletes active, improving, and connected to the game all winter long. Through focused skill development, conditioning, and football fundamentals, players will build confidence, teamwork, and football IQ in a fun, structured environment.
Sessions will take place Fridays starting January 9th, providing a consistent and positive way for athletes to put in the work during the off-season and prepare for the upcoming spring and fall seasons. Open to players of all experience levels, Winter Football Works is all about development, discipline, and Greenjackets pride.
Season Starts: Friday January 9
Season Ends: Friday March 27
Workouts will take place every Friday

Ages 6-9-- 6 to 7:15pm
Ages 10-13 -- 7:30 to 8:45pm
