Serving on The Pennridge Greenjackets Fundraising Committee is a wonderful way to volunteer. Our motto is "Fundraising is always in Season", and we work hard to plan intentional fundraisers throughout the entire year. Got a great fundraising idea? We are always looking for creative and enthusiastic people to join our team to share new ideas and support the planning for one (or more!) of our events.
These are our main fundraising categories:
1. Dine & Donates: Schedule, operate and keep track of dine and donate events with local restaurants.
2. Corporate Sponsorships: Responsible for soliciting both local and national vendors for sponsorship and
advertising opportunities.
3. Cow Flop: *Family Fundraiser* (September 9th) managing volunteers for games and inflatables, raffle baskets, paperwork management with player deeds, booking vendors
4. Night of the Races: *Adults Only* (November 18th) Volunteers needed for - raffle baskets, 50/50, managing the horse race payouts, coordinating communication with the venue for food, dj, etc.
5. OFF SEASON - Super Bowl Block / March Madness Bracket: Create a system that can be advertised on social media and responsible for updating the block with info of purchaser
