Greenjackets to host Speed & Agiltiy Camps
This non-contact camp focuses on athletic movements that train speed, power, agility, balance, reaction time & coordination all while having fun in the sun :)
- When: 6 pm, Every Monday starting June 20
- Where: Tackle Practice Field
- Who: ALL Pennridge kids 5 & up even they are not registered to play
- Cost: FREE!!!
- BRING WATER!! Cleats are recommended but not required.
No registration necessary, just show up.
Going to be a good time. Hope to see everyone there.
