WE ARE SORRY!

Without question, the past 12+ months have been some of the most difficult times in history. The pandemic presented new and unique challenges not only to the Pennridge community but to the entire world. 

The Greenjackets made the very difficult decision to cancel the 2020 season due to the unknown health risks regarding COVID-19. For the first time since 1967, there was no Pennridge Greenjackets football. 

Today, armed with much better understanding of the virus, a vaccine and safety protocols we are able to make a much more informed decision.

It is with great pleasure, we inform you there will be a 2021 Greenjackets Football season…. 

But not without your help!

Although our season ended, the organization’s financial obligations continued. Although we were able to work with some of our vendors to lower our expenses, we could not eliminate them all.

To put it bluntly, the Greenjackets organization is facing a serious financial hardship. Without help from the Pennridge Community we may be forced to make decisions that will ultimately affect our community’s children.

How can you help?

Kids - We are sorry about last season. Please know your well-being was our top priority. Give us another chance. Tell your parents you want to play football or cheer this season. In your heart you know, once a Greenjacket, always a Greenjacket.

Parents - If you are certain your child is playing Greenjackets Football or Cheer this year, register.  Don't wait until mid-July or scramble to register on August 1. Register now.

This will give us the financial flexibility to get any necessary administrative work out of the way and get the kids back on the field having fun.
