All Pennridge Greenjackets participants are eligible for a refund up until July 31st, 2016. After July 31st there will be NO refunds issued. Family Membership Fee is non-refundable. No fundraiser money will be returned.

Refund Schedule

Through May 31,2016: 100% refund (excluding the $50 family fee)

June 1 - July 31, 2016: 75% refund (excluding the $50 family fee)

August 1st and after: No refund available at any level

All football refund requests must be emailed to; if your refund request is not received, no refunds will be refunded.

The Pennridge Greenjackets Organization is committed to open communication and efficient resolution for all questions and/or concerns that may arise throughout the year. It is absolutely essential, however, that the proper CHAIN OF COMMAND is followed when addressing any possible issues. This chain of command is to be followed for any and all people associated with the program. Failure to follow this will result in penalties from the league which may include the suspension of the parent and/or child from all Pop Warner events.

Only the League Rep. or the President may correspond with the Bux-Mont League level or Pop Warner. We thank you in advance for your help and cooperation in this matter.

The chain of command is as follows:

1. Head Coach

2. Flag, Non- Comp, or Comp. Level Director

3. Football or Cheerleading Commissioner

4. League Representative

5. President of Organization.
